Thank You for extending the comment period. I think it is understood that this project that was kept in secret for so long by Frank Patton, is now becoming more apparent to everyone it affects. And those that it affects, DO NOT WANT IT. Please, do not let this EMINENT DOMAIN ABUSE go forward. Frank Patton is NOT federal government, therefore he and his railroad proposal have NO RIGHT to OUR land. Besides..... he'll be dead before his project even starts anyways.
