Dear Mr. Navecky, Please tell Frank Patton and the GLBT to withdraw any offers, please tell the STB to reject any offers from them! Stop this process now! They have somehow disguised this proposal as something that should have the attention of the STB! It is NOT something that should have your attention or your time or government or tax payer money! Please understand the devastation this proposal this would cause, the devastating environmental impacts are too many to mention. Is the EPA aware of this proposal"??? This situation has already caused a great deal of stress and fear in many people's lives. This should not be happening for any reason. Anything that benefits a chosen few at the cost of destroying other people's way of life and the environment should be considered unthinkable! If Frank Patton wants to "help" relieve congestion in the Chicago rail system, let him invest in CREATE! I am sure they would welcome some "private investor" money!!! That would tell you that he is a phony and he and the GLBT are interested in their own profits! Am I going to turn over my house and land to him??? NO!!!!!! I will not!! thank you, Julie Kokos"
