Mr. Navecky; PLANO SILT LOAM. A highly productive soil structure. A natural resource. This soil can never be replaced if destroyed. There is no mitigation possible to address this concern. I ask that you deny Great Lakes Basin Transportation a permit to build based on this concern alone.
