How are you going to prepare our fourth generation farm from water issues? The tiles on this farm were laid many years ago. If you place a train track in the middle of the field, the water will have no place to go. Is Frank Patton going to retile our fields? What happens to the farmer next to us that is now getting flooded with our water? If the train leaks, and we know trains leak, that contaminate will go into our water source. In the country that is our only means of water. If the water in our area is contaminated, that means the school's water is contaminated. That also means the Kankakee River will be contaminated, which flows into the Illinois River, which flows into the Mississippi River. How is Frank Patton going to protect our water source? Better yet, how are you going to protect our water source?
