The Northern Pacific disclosed that Frank Patton has not certified anything. How can the process be taking place then? There are no nondisclosure agreements. I feel the STB needs to change their agreement and follow the legal course correctly. This is unfair and unjust. This train will probably carry crude oil or ethanol. How are the communities prepared for such contaminates? If the train derails or is hit by a car, how are you going to ensure the people and the firefighters of the area the proper safety procedures? You and I both know that the official federal response is to evacuate. There is a grade school with small children less than a half mile from this railroad. How are you going to ensure their safety? Especially since the oil just has to burn up, better yet explode!
