Mr. Navecky, As the final days close in on the acceptance of environmental comments, I hope you'll realize the severity beyond environmental concerns. People's land. People's farms. People's homes. People's entire lives.... If a proposal to destroy your home and your way of life was in the hands of the federal government, i'm sure you'd want the right decision made. Well, that is where we're at. And we're hoping and praying the STB is human, and can understand how much this proposal will effect and hurt thousands upon thousands of good people. Please stop this eminent domain abuse. Justin Kokos
