I want to express my concern regarding the GLB Railroad. As a Realtor and Broker and resident in Morgan Township, Porter County Indiana, I am very concerned about the railroad's possible effect on the housing market in Porter County. Until railroad wad purposed Morgan, Porter, Washington, and Boone Townships were very desirable areas for buyers. We have already seen houses not selling as quickly due to the concern. Homeowners are already having to lower prices. Concerns stated are noise, pollution, hazardous materials, and the proximity to several schools within the townships. I urge you to not allow this railroad to be built as the majority of residents are against it and sone of the railroad companies ate not even interested in the railway. Sincerely, Nicole L. Sanders
