Although I am not directly opposed to the railed, I would prefer not to have this line built. I AM directly opposed any theft of property through eminent domain. Although I do believe that since the Great Lakes basin railroad is a for profit private corporation they would not be eligible to legally steal property through eminent domain. The only greater good" created through this project would be for the owners of the railroad, and not for the citizens of which it will affect. And it will have major negative impacts on many people."
