Please explain how pests and rodents will be controlled along this line. The railroad with its abundant supply of road kill will become a breeding ground for pests, rodents and other scavengers, who is going to control them. How also will bugs that carry illness be controlled when ponds form due to tile lines being broken? Please address this issue in your review.
