I wan tot know who will control the weeds that will be growing along this new line. Any spraying of herbicides will harm the environment, and if the weeds are not controlled crops will be harmed in neighboring fields as the weeds will spread. Farmers will have to use more herbicides to stop the spread of weeds. This will further impact the delicate ecosystems this line runs through. Weeds are a big problem and this issue needs addressed. I am oppose dot using more herbicides because this line has to control it's weeds. The line also needs to address landscaping, how will the line be shielded form view?
