Docket No. FD 35952- Environmental Comments What will happen when the train derails? After seeing what happened in Mosier Oregon I think it would be very prudent to make Frank Patton answer a long list of questions on what his private rail line will do when his trains fall off the rails at 70 MPH. How will a private company pay to clean up such a mess? What happens when Frank Patton and his investors realize that the cost to clean up such an accident is more than they are willing to pay for? Who gets stuck with the bill when they walk away? Who is going to provide clean drinking water for the residents that only have shallow wells that have been devastated by such a spill? This is not something that may happen, this is something that will happen. This is not a company that has anything behind them, this is a group of men that got together at Briar Ridge Country Club in Dyer Indiana and came up with this plan to start a railroad. For these and many other reasons I believe that the STB should deny this project. Thank you, Daniel Kloos Lowell, Indiana
