Dave Navecky; On May 19th I emailed Phillis Johnson-Ball the attached letter regarding docket # FD 35952 which she also forwarded to you. I have not had a reply as yet to whether or not the impact of pick up and delivery from every piece of property the rail accesses will be included in the environmental impact study. As Frank Patton has stated in print and on video “every piece of property on the route is going to have local rail access.” I would like to know specifically regarding this issue if it will definitely be included in the study. Also, Phillis stated that the STB is in constant contact with Frank Patton regarding his proposal. Where do I access this information regarding clarifications, changes, additions or adjustments. We, the thousands of people who have attended the STB scoping meetings, cannot submit comments regarding any changes or new information if we have no access to them. Looking forward to your reply.
