Is it profits for a few select non discloses ' investor that GLBT is pushing fast approval? Is it quickly getR/R loans before some other projects grab them? What is the rush to unload boxcars for the merchandise to set in warehouses? Or the rush to ship our raw oil overseas? This request for fast approval ( look at shorten comment period) emphasis the fact the land taken to build tracks will be used foolishly and ignorantly. IF EVER WAS BIG PROJECT SCAM, AT TAXPAYERS AND LANDOWNERS EXPENSE ,IT IS GLBT."
