What will the proposed rail line do to our house/property values? No one wanting a rural lifestyle will want to buy a home close to a rail line running dozens of trains a day. Our home is also close to the proposed sidings which will add to the noise and congestion. We know there are things we have to put up with when dealing with country living (machinery on the roadways, manure spread in fields) but 100 car trains running 70 mph day and night is not something I anticipated. Thank you.
