I have concerns about the anticipated derailment/accident/catastrophe that Mr. Patton envisions. (Definitely in the realm of probability since there were two in the past couple of weeks.) What happens when human lives are lost? What about livestock (and the farmers' opportunity to make a livelihood)? Who is held responsible? Who will make restitution? What if it contaminates our ground water, which supplies the wells to our homes and animals? What if the soil is contaminated and can no longer be used to raise crops? Will we be left hanging? Thank you.
