What effect will the vibrations, noise, pollution, and lose of habitat that will be brought by the proposed rail line have on livestock in the area? Will it affect milk production? What effect will the above have on the wildlife in the area? The proposed rail will cut through the Johnstown woods which are home to (but not limited to) deer, fox, wild turkey, and cougar. The prairie is home to coyotes and badgers. Thank you.
