These comments concern the building of the Great Lakes Basin Railroad. It is my general opinion that this project should not go forward and if approved will cause many environmental and safety concerns. In addition, it is my hope that the STB will not spend taxpayer's money on any further meetings or impact studies until a formal application is received by the STB from the backers of the project. Please see my attached comments for explanation of my position.
