The effects of an additional RR would be insurmontable -- not only at present and for future generations. i.e. safety, impact on current land, recreation, agricultural activities, water resources, navigatioon, geology and soils, air quality and climate, noise, socioeconomic, cultural/historic resources, aesthetic, wetlands, drainage, wildlife, forestry, protection of farmland, erosion, agricultural programs are to just name a few.
