Dear Mr Navecky, please reject the application from GLBT, Sumner Township and Grant Park IL could not withstand the negative impacts of this proposal. Also, residents and business were unaware of any of this as Kankakee County has told us that they were not notified of this proposal. Now all of our lives hang in the balance. Please kill this proposal now and do not let it waste any more of the federal governments time and money. thank you Julie Kokos
