In response to our conversation you have stated that he one thing the STB would be looking for were alternate routes for this rail line. After much work and research I respectfully submit to you the attached route as an alternate to the GLRB current route. I feel it will have less impact on the environment and will keep the amount of prime farm ground loss to a very minimum. I respectfully request that you take this route in to consideration.
