We are beekeepers, and are concerned about the impact the railroad will have on our hives and the quality of our honey. Bees travel up to five miles to forage. With this railroad being 3/4 of a mile away, we are concerned not only about the loss of vegetation when they clear the land for the tracks, but the chemicals that the railroads use on their right of ways.
