The proposed route of the GLBT railroad is less than 1/2 mile north of my home which is on a well that provides my only source of water for drinking, bathing and cooking. I am concerned about hazardous chemicals being transported that close to my only water source especially knowing that the underground aquifer for my well runs from north to south in this area and my well is only 35 feet deep. A spill of some of the chemicals these trains will carry could easily poison me and my family and make my home uninhabitable and unsellable.
