See attached letter. I sending this letter for Rod because he does not have computer access. Thank you. He also wanted me to tell you that he has seen the red helicopters flying on multiple occasions above his property and adjacent property. He knew they saw him as they flew circles around him.....just high enough so he couldn't get the number on the helicopter. This man may be elderly but is very sharp. Can you guess who this was?
