Mr. Navecky, It appears through the website tracking these letters that you are one busy man. This is quite the undertaking. So much opposition to this project, wouldn't you say? It seems that this is unneccesary? Right? It seems that the general public does not want this, correct? It seems that this entire plan and proposal was not well thought out and that Great Lakes Transportation (a non railroad entity) has gone about all of this the wrong way and prematurely at best, wouldn't you agree? This is leaving people in turmoil and fear that they may lose their homes or land via eminent domain for private profit. That isn't why eminent domain was established, correct? After all, GLB is not a railroad. I know I keep mentioning that, and Im sure you're more than aware at this point. You know, that GLB is a transportation company (whatever that even means). The environmental concerns are never ending on this one. I expect years and years and years of studies before this could even be proposed again. So, who performs these studies? It certainly shouldn't be the STB with the American Tax dollar for a private company. This all is very very wrong, wouldn't you agree? I ask that the STB choose a no action alternative. Thank You
