This is a very suspicious proposal with several unanswered request, ie: 25sq mile for future switch yard miles from anything near Grant Park IL. This project would tie up truck and auto traffic making it worse than it is now. And it is so bad now that they are trying to agree on a interstate bypass between I65 and Rt 57 in IL. the high way would serve more people and do more good than some private company trying to do, who knows what, with their RR right-of-way.
