Great Lakes Basin RR is unnecessary and a land grab. The loss of productive farmland is greater than the proposed gain. If the number of trucks will be so greatly reduced, why not put the rail line in the 355 or 294 corridors that already exist? Proposal lacks support from 2 major railroads.
