Everything seems in play in Will county, the proposed truck stop where Belmora was, the Illinia area, thru new I 57 exit, thru Elwood arsenal rd, to the new I55 exit area. That's all will county's doing. They want it & have ruined Kankakee's rural environment by those intermotal trucks using RTS 102,113,17, Warner bridge, 9,000n & 12,000n. Don't need it! I would move!
