Please explain how a fly-over for this line will be environmentally sound and safe. The tracks will have to be at least 25 feet in the air to allow combines and double stack semi trailers under them. Trains traveling 70 mph 25 feet in the air are not safe. Please also explain how this fly-overs will help the scenery and peace of the area. The sounds of trains will be heard for miles form such a great distance. This line is unneeded and unsafe. Please explain why you think it is safe. Remember Illinois is home to many fault lines and just on bad quake and we have hazardous material carrying trains falling form 25 feet in the air. Do not approve this line, it is an accident waiting to happen.
