I am going to be 95 in July and I am outraged you plan on taking more valuable farm land and turn it into a rail line. When will enough be enough? Look at the maps of rail lines that exist already. Even at my age I can tell there are existing lines that can be expanded to bypass Chicago. Canadian National already bought the old E and J line and has a bypass of their own. Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern have said no, we will not use this line. That makes 3 of 6 rail roads with no need for the line. Do not harm the environment more by adding yet another line.
