Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns regarding my opposition of the GLB Railway. Landowner rights would be severely compromised if this proposal is approved. GLB is not a government agency nor is it a utility, yet they want to invoke eminent domain. I question if that is even legal. Many people who have worked hard to own their homes and property risk losing so much. The proposed 15,000 acre rail yard includes our home and property. I don’t feel that there is even the need for the railroad, and yet if approved land owners rights will not be considered.
