I am asking you to deny Mr. Paton a permit to build a railroad!!!! If this permit is issued it will take over 755 acres of some of the best farmland in the country out of production. With the high risk of a train going 70 miles per hour through open farmland,(crossing many rivers, streams, drainage ditches, wetlands, private ponds and private wells and borrow ponds), the risk of a serious hazardous material being leaked into our aquifer is too high to be even considered a good risk. It can affect the everyday lives of tens of thousands of people who depend on this water system for their every day enjoyment and their very lives!!!! Ken Daggett
