http://lasr.vanalen.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/map_freight_current.jpg I would like to know why GLB is calling this line a bypass, when all it does is move train further south in the suburbs. if you check out the map on the link above, the company need to build a line from St. Louis to Atlanta and St. louis to Cleveland, these lines would reduce freight going to Chicago and then traveling east. This would be a bypass, GLB is just adding more tracks in an already too crowded rail area.
