The GLB line is not being built in unpopulated or undeveloped areas of Illinois, Indiana or Wisconsin. This line is being built in suburban Chicago. Please explain why this area is considered unpopulated when it is no. This line is dangerously close to subdivisions and towns. It need to not be built in the proposed area, because the area is very populated.
