What system is GLN railroad going to have in place when a train derails in the far southern suburbs of Chicago, where this train is proposed to run? It is over 2 hours in traffic to get from Chicago to Earlville, Il and longer to other areas. Since the emergency response companies are so far away, what is GLB going to do in the event of an emergency. Who is going to respond tot eh eminent dangers a derailment will cause. GLB seems to feel rural lives do not matter, they are wrong. The emergency response crews are TOO FAR AWAY TO MAKE THIS LINE SAFE.
