Dear Mr. Navecky, Please respond to each concern individually. These concerns are valid and just and require proper planning before allowing such a project to occur. 1. Who pays for the training cost of first responders due to the added crossings, contamination spills, derailments, etc. 2. All additional crossings over a 278 mile corridor will create thousands of additional school bus stops endangering the lives of children. Has this been vetted and discussed? If so, how does GLBRR plan to alleviate these potential crossings? 3. These are farming communities with fields and pastures, what will happen in the case livestock is on train tracks while a freight train is carrying hazardous material? These are very important and require responses. Thank You, Jason R Kokos
