Mr. Navecky, I would appreciate your detailed response on the following environmental concerns that I and others share. Please see below: 1. Whom will be responsible for the contamination cleanup and first response for these events? 2. What measures will be taken to not effect ground water in which rural dwellings and homesteads utilize via wells in the case of said contamination? 3. What studies have been and will be done to determine the additional pollution caused by freight train locomotives in this region? 4. What studies have been and will be done to determine the negative impacts on air quality? Please respond to these environmental concerns that will directly effect this town, community, and surrounding areas. Thank You, Jason R Kokos American Taxpayer
