Mr. Nevechy My concern should this Great Basin Railroad be approved is: Who will be responsible (PAY) for training,emergency respone equipment and materials, for the local volunteer Fire Departments in the communities effected should there be a vehicle collision or derailment/spill? I am sure these freight trains carry HAZARDOUS Materials that will need to be kept from the waterways, and water tables from local resident wells.
