The GLB project as proposed would pass through our farm - Vienna Twp, 156.6 acres in the NW corner of Section 13, Grundy County,IL according to the latest maps. This will cause an environmental issue as we currently have 30.65 acres on this farm enrolled through 2026 in a federal government environmental pollinator protection program primarily payed for by the United States Department of Agriculture. As proposed the the GLB project would pass through the government pollinator environmental protection program in 3 places therefore triggering #10 in our contract - Liquid Damages which reads - (If the CRP contract is breached the CCC will SUFFER SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGES!!!) Besides the Environmental Damage we would also be fined a list of penalties as severe consequences comes with breaching the government environmental program. These programs are truly put in place for the GOOD OF ALL!!!! Google the article posted in the Illinois Agri news - May 20 - POLLINATORS VITAL FOR FOOD PRODUCTION I would hope you would show Respect and Protection for Our Environment, Our Conservation Practices, and expenses put forward in cooperation with The Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Environmental Programs and not let everything GOOD that has been done be destroyed and bulldozed!!
