As a farmer with 400 acres in Sumner Township - site of proposed 15,000 acre rail yard by Great Lakes Basin Project, I am extremely concerned about the damage to existing field tiles and lines and the resulting damage to the subsoil drainage in a very large area. How will this be addressed?
