I am concerned about the proposed Great Lake Basin Project and the proposed rail yard in Sumner Township. There are several creeks within the proposed site - Exline Slough Creek & Canavan Slough. What happens with this yard on top of them? The natural grade of the land will be altered disrupting the natural flow of surface water potentially creating artificial ponds and wetlands.
