[BONFIELD] I am concerned about the impact that the proposed GLB Railroad will have on Emergency Response capability and the insure-ability of homes and property in rural areas. The assumption is that strict safety standards and state of the art technologies would be incorporated into the project, however, accidents can not be ruled out and most rural and remote First Responders would be poorly equipped and qualified. The project would have a negative impact on Public Safety. Please see attached letter.
