I would like to know what will be done to prevent foreign species and weeds from being transported into the area, since they rail line will have to import thousands of loads of fill to build this line. What is going to be done to prevent non-native and invasive species from spreading into the area? What will also be done to help the area where this fill comes from as that in and of itself is harmful to the environment in the area the fill is obtained from.
