Please explain what will be done to reduce noise pollution and the eye pollution an ugly train will impose on a now beautiful area of the country. What kind of landscaping will be used to prevent the rail line from being an eyesore? Also who will maintain the land round the train line to prevent weeds from spreading into the surrounding yards and fields?
