• Land use concern • Cumulative Impacts • Docket # FD 35952 C.R.E.A.T.E. is working on congestion through Chicago and is already seeing great progress and results. This is an effort of many railroads,US D.O.T. and State of Illinois. Over 70 projects on their list of improvements and 24 of them completed as of December 2015.There is no necessity for the GLBR. 24 acres per mile of railroad will be taken out of production forever, causing loss of income to current and future farm owners. Since when can eminent domain be used to generate corporate profits just to move rail shippers products faster. This railroad would be inconsistent with the public convenience and necessity therefore please deny GLBR request to construct this railroad. Tom Hinspeter Salina Township, Bonfield, Illinois generate more corporate profits just to move rail shippers products faster. C.R.E.A.T.E. is already working on moving rail shipments faster.
