Mr. Navecky, Eminent domain is defined as the right of a government or its agent to expropriate private property for public use, with payment of compensation." The GLBRR is not a Govenrment entity, nor would this project be for public use. Please immediately cease any further impact studies at the cost of taxpayer dollars for something that is absolute abuse of eminent domain and stands against everything that is AMERICAN. No private profit company should be able to take what does not belong to them, no matter how much they're worth. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to your response. Regards, Jason R.
