Dear Mr Navecky, Please reject the application from GLB to build a railroad/yard in 3 states, destroying farmland, wildlife, wetlands, cemeteries, homes, churches, schools, etc. Please reject this application or proposal as these private investors are threatening to use Eminent Domain for private gain. That is unconstitutional and illegal. There is overwhelming opposition to this project and it should not progress any further. Please stop all surveys and reviews and reject and kill this proposal.
