I would like to hear from you as to why this line is not environmentally harmful. You want us to tell you why it is harmful, I want you to tell us why it is not harmful. The line will destroy prime farmland, it will block natural drainage, it will hurt animal habitats and migration, it will harm people's peaceful way of life. Please explain why this line is not harmful to the environment and why it should be approved, I do not see any environmental benefits of the line.
