The CREATE website mentions the impact a rail line running from the East coast to the Kansas City area, this line would bypass trains from going from the east coast to Chicago to Kansas City, please explain why then GLB Railroad claims this line bypasses Chicago when it does not, it just moves trains further south. This line does not do as it states it does, bypass Chicago. Any line that is near Chicago as this one is, is not a bypass and needs to be denied based on the fact it does not accomplish it's stated purpose. The proposed line does not bypass Chicago.
