I am asking you to deny Mr. Patton to build a railroad!!!! There is already a system in place (CREATE) that is proving they will alleviate the traffic problem through the Chicago area, it is already being implemented, and has billions of dollars already invested and much more on hand to improve the system. This project by Mr. Patton is only a land grab with the blessing of the stb, it is for his own personal gain and is of no value to any of the people or residents of the affected area!!!!!
