Frank Patton stated he has been hearing the same arguments and not hearing something about the National Purpose. He states that this RR will take trucks off the roads, population is growing, business expanding, this contradicts the involvement of agriculture. National Purpose is farm ground is being swallowed up by business. Farm land is irreplaceable and in United States is made of less than 1% of the population in active Ag Production. I would say taking farm land for a RR with NO purpose, is devastating for a Nation Purpose for United States
